HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AND WHAT ARE OUR GUIDELINES?

We understand that occasionally you may not be happy with a supplement or essential oil or have change your mind or want to return an item for any reason. We accept returns and will give a full or partial refund on your request. If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us at:

We offer free returns to domestic orders and returns for international within 30 days of ordering.
​
Domestic orders please contact us for a postage stamp to attach to a parcel.
When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your return.

We always refund using the method initially paid with. We will process the refund within 48 hours of receiving the item back.
